Maggy Ashby registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 1999, and is passionately committed to the art and science of massage therapy. With eight years of experience as a registered massage therapist, Maggy remains committed to ongoing learning in order to bring the best to her clients.
Among her post graduate course work she has studied the fascial systems of the body in the labs of Queen’s University. She now uses a variety of advanced myofascial, joint mobility, and hydrotherapy techniques to restore health to the body’s tissues and systems. An active participant in life, Maggy advocates movement, stretching, and strength. She achieves predicted results with a personalized assessment and targeted exercises.

Daniela Adamantino
Registered Massage Therapist
Daniela has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2021. Before Massage Therapy, Daniela completed her BSc, in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, in 2017. During University, she worked with varsity athletes, applying exercise and rehabilitation. This experience motivated her to get into a profession that helps the public return to their normal daily activities, which led her to massage therapy.
Daniela enjoys working with all types of clients. Her treatments are tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs, from impairment-based injuries, to relaxation. Daniela works best incorporating stretching techniques into treatments, providing particular homecare for clients, and giving proper education on injury prevention.
In her spare time, Daniela enjoys being active, hanging out at the cottage, and spending time with family and friends. She hopes to continue her learning and expand her knowledge through specialized courses in the future!

In 2008 Rae graduated from the University of Windsor’s Human Kinetics program. After graduation Rae went on to study at Lambton College to finish the Massage Therapy program on the Dean’s List in 2011. Rae has served as a Massage Therapist to clients of all ages since her registration with the College of Massage Therapy in 2011. She believes that Massage Therapy has something to offer everyone – from the remedy of a current injury to the relief of stress in a hectic modern age. By attending regular conferences and workshops Rae keeps her skills on the cutting-edge to provide the best experience for her clients.
